Historical Williamsburg is home to less than 15,000 people, yet the city attracts millions of visitors each year to the vibrant, international destination. The City administrative buildings and facilities were spread across eight different locations and the existing Cisco network was becoming more and more cumbersome to manage. City Council members and other staff were issued iPads as their primary device, exposing the limitations of the existing network.
