Northwest Community Credit Union (NWCU) was facing unreliable connectivity and insufficient bandwidth on its network. Across its 18 branches in the Pacific Northwest, the credit union experienced a large increase in the number of devices on its network, and was often losing connectivity between access points.
NWCU turned to Aerohive to meet the demands of a BOYD environment for its members and employees. The credit union is now able to offer a greater number of e-services for members in its branch locations, and has no issues of connectivity on the Aerohive network. With Aerohive's cloud platform, the IT team can easily manage and configure the network at all branch locations.
Credit unions often pride themselves on offering better and more efficient services than banks, and now thanks to Aerohive, the Wi-Fi is no exception.
